About RunScale

Who operates this panel, how orders are routed, and what we will never ask you for.

What RunScale is

RunScale is an automated social growth panel. We are not a follower farm: we operate the layer that takes your order, checks it against live supplier capacity, dispatches it, and tracks it until completion. Every service in the store is listed with the specifications we actually receive from the supply side — not with marketing copy we invented.

How an order flows

  1. You pick a service and enter the public link or username you want it delivered to.
  2. Your order is queued and forwarded to the execution network, usually within 60 seconds.
  3. Delivery starts inside the window stated on the service page and progresses at the daily speed stated there.
  4. Progress is visible in your dashboard. If a drop happens inside the refill window, it is topped up instead of argued about.

What makes our catalogue different

Most panels publish a name and a price. We publish the operating parameters that actually decide whether a service fits your campaign:

  • Average time — how long a typical order takes to finish.
  • Start time — how quickly execution begins after payment.
  • Refill window — the period in which a drop is topped up free of charge, or "not guaranteed" when the supplier offers none.
  • Link format — the exact URL shape the service accepts, so you do not order the wrong variant.
  • Cancellation and drip-feed support — whether an order can be stopped, and whether it can be scheduled in stages.

Where a supplier does not publish a parameter, we leave it blank rather than filling it with a flattering guess.

What we never ask for

  • No passwords. Not for your social account, not for anything else.
  • No admin rights, no API keys, no session tokens.
  • No private or deleted content.

If anyone claiming to represent RunScale asks for credentials, it is not us. Report it through the contact page.

How we keep the catalogue and our guides current

Search engines and buyers both punish stale marketplace pages, so nothing here is maintained by hand:

  • Catalogue — the store is re-synchronised with the supply network several times a day. Prices are re-rated, new services are listed, and discontinued or duplicated entries are delisted automatically.
  • Service specifications — every parameter printed on a service page is the one the supply side actually reports. Where a supplier does not publish a value, the field stays empty instead of being padded with a guess.
  • Pricing context on each service page — order limits, the cost of the smallest possible order, and where that rate sits against the median for the same platform are recalculated from live catalogue data after every synchronisation, not written once and forgotten.
  • Guides — statistics quoted in our articles are counted from the catalogue that is live at the time of writing, and the date is shown on the article.

If you spot a service page that contradicts what the store shows, that is a synchronisation bug worth reporting — send us the service URL.
