2. What we actually sell

Every item in our catalog is a delivery of social engagement metrics: followers, members, views, likes, reactions, votes, comments or similar signals, at the quantity you order, against a public link you provide.

What we can commit to is written on each product page: order range, price per 1,000, whether a refill window applies, whether cancellation is supported, and whether drip-feed scheduling is available. What we cannot commit to is any downstream outcome — sales, leads, revenue, algorithmic ranking, monetisation approval, or brand lift. Engagement metrics are an input, not a result, and we do not sell them as one.

3. Orders are fulfilled by a third-party network

RunScale routes orders to an external execution network rather than operating the delivery itself. That network receives only what an order requires: the target link and the quantity. It does not receive your email address, and it never receives your password — no service on this site requires one.

Because delivery depends on an external network, start times and speeds are described as typical ranges rather than guarantees. If a service underdelivers, the remedy is the refill window stated on the product page; if it never starts, the remedy is a refund to your wallet balance. The boundary between those two cases is set out in our refund policy.

4. Your responsibility for platform compliance

Buying engagement signals may conflict with the terms of service of the platform you are targeting, and the rules differ by platform and change over time. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the terms that apply to your own account. We do not provide legal advice and we cannot tell you whether a specific order is permitted on a specific platform.

We also do not ask for admin rights, passwords, or session tokens, and no RunScale staff member will ever ask for them. If anyone claiming to represent us does, it is not us.

5. Referral commissions and material connections

RunScale runs a referral programme. Every registered account is issued a personal referral code, and a link containing that code (for example runscale.cc/?ref=CODE) credits the referring account a commission equal to 5% of the cost of an order placed by an account that registered through it. Commissions start in a pending state and are released only after the related order clears.

This means some links that lead to this site may earn someone a commission. It does not change the price you pay: the rate you see on a product page is the rate you are charged, with no referral markup added on top. Editorial pages on this site — including our guides and FAQ — are written by us and are not paid placements, but they may contain internal links to our own paid services.

6. Pricing, availability and specification accuracy

• All prices are quoted in US dollars and are stated per 1,000 units unless a product page says otherwise.
• Prices, order limits and availability follow our upstream supply and can change without notice. A service may be delisted if it stops being supplied.
• Product specifications are reproduced from our suppliers’ published data. Where a specification is ambiguous, the order range and price shown on the product page at the moment you place the order are what apply.
• We make a reasonable effort to keep every listing accurate, but with a catalog of this size we cannot warrant that every description is error-free. If a listing looks wrong, tell us before ordering.
