Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or placing an order on RunScale you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. Your account

• One account per person. Accounts are not transferable and may not be resold.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything ordered under your account.
• We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse, chargeback fraud, or to attack other users or platforms.

3. Orders and delivery

• You must supply a public, reachable, correctly formatted target. Orders delivered to private, renamed, deleted or wrong targets are not refundable.
• Start time, daily speed and average completion time are the figures published on the service page. They are operating targets based on supplier performance, not contractual guarantees of a specific deadline.
• Some services support drip-feed (staged delivery) and cancellation; where they do, it is stated on the service page. Where they do not, an order runs to completion once started.
• Do not place a second order for the same target while an earlier one is still running unless you understand that both will be counted together.

4. Pricing and availability

Prices follow supplier cost and are re-priced automatically. The price shown at the moment you confirm the order is the price you pay; we do not retroactively re-charge completed orders. Services can be delisted without notice when a supplier drops them — if that happens before your order starts, it is refunded under the Refund Policy.

5. Refill guarantee

Where a service page states a refill window, drops inside that window are topped up free of charge. Where it states "not guaranteed", no refill is offered and no refund is due for natural attrition. The value printed on the service page at order time is the one that governs your order.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to impersonate anyone, to defraud, or to facilitate anything illegal in your jurisdiction.
• Do not use it to target minors, to harass, or to amplify hate content.
• You are responsible for complying with the rules of the platform you are targeting. We route social proof; we do not arbitrate another platform's terms, and platform-side action against your account is not something we can refund.

7. Wallet, deposits and payouts

• Deposits are credited after network confirmation. On-chain payments are final; refunds are settled to wallet balance.
• Payout requests are reviewed before release. Minimum 20 USDT, 10% processing fee, TRC-20 or BEP-20 only. A rejected request is returned to your balance in full.
• We may hold a payout while a fraud or chargeback review is open.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the panel and the dispatching layer online continuously, but maintenance, supplier outages and third-party failures happen. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or platform-side penalties.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the panel after a change means you accept the updated terms.
