How to Read an SMM Service Spec Sheet: Refill, Speed and Retention

Quick answer

Most buyers compare SMM panels on price alone. This guide breaks down the five spec fields that actually decide whether a campaign survives: refill window, start time, daily speed, drop rate and link format.

Every growth store lists thousands of packages that look almost identical on the surface. The difference between a campaign that holds and one that evaporates in a week is buried in the specification sheet — the five or six fields most buyers scroll straight past.

This guide explains what each field actually means, and how to combine them into a buying decision you can defend.

1. Refill window: your insurance policy

A refill window is the period during which the provider replaces any followers, members or views that disappear. On our catalog this shows up as 30 Days Refill, 90 Days Refill or No Refill.

  • No refill — cheapest per 1,000, but the count belongs to whoever stays. Fine for one-off campaign screenshots, wrong for anything you report on monthly. This is the default across the market: 4,650 of the 4,704 services we list say Refill Guarantee: Not Guaranteed.
  • 30 days refill — the default choice for most channels. Covers the drop-off curve of a normal delivery.
  • 60 to 90 days refill — worth the premium when the account is monetised and the number itself is part of your pitch.

A refill is not a refund. It restores the count; it does not return the money. If a service cannot start at all, that is a refund case instead.

2. Start time: how long the queue is

Start time is the delay between payment confirmation and the first units landing.

LabelWhat it means in practice
InstantQueue is empty, delivery typically begins within minutes
0-12HrBatched dispatch, expect it the same day
24Hr+Manual review or low-stock route, plan around it

If you are launching against a fixed date, buy the Instant tier even when the slower one is cheaper. A campaign that starts three days late is not a discount, it is a miss.

3. Speed: how fast the units arrive

Speed is written as a daily rate, for example 10K/D or 50K/D. It is a ceiling, not a promise.

Higher speed is not automatically better. On a small channel, 50,000 members per day on a 2,000-member base looks unnatural and can trigger platform review. Match the speed to the size of the account:

  1. Under 5,000 existing members — stay under 5K/D
  2. 5,000 to 50,000 — 10K/D to 20K/D is comfortable
  3. Above 50,000 — 50K/D and above reads as normal growth

4. Drop rate: the number nobody advertises

Non Drop means the provider expects the count to hold. It does not mean permanent — and this is the part almost everyone gets wrong — it does not mean a refill is included. Non-drop and refill are two separate fields, and they are far more independent than the wording suggests.

We checked all 4,704 active services in our catalogue in September 2026: of the 504 that put non-drop in the title, exactly one also carries a refill guarantee. What non-drop actually means has the full breakdown.

Practically, that means a listing can advertise no drop-off in its title and still show Refill Guarantee: Not Guaranteed in its specification block — this LinkedIn service is exactly that shape. Read the block, not the title.

Every platform also removes inactive accounts on its own schedule; nothing you buy is exempt from that.

The realistic way to read it:

  • Non Drop — small natural decline, fully backfilled by the refill
  • Normal — expect a visible dip in the first days, then a plateau
  • Unlabelled — assume normal

5. Link format: the field that causes most failed orders

This is where orders actually break. Read it before you paste anything:

  • Public link only — the account must be public for the duration of delivery
  • Private or invite link — required for Telegram channels that are not searchable
  • No support for public link — the opposite; submitting a public URL will stall the order

Submitting the wrong format does not damage the account, it just leaves the order pending until support intervenes. A detailed listing such as this Telegram members service spells out the accepted link format, the geographic source of the accounts and the delivery window in one block — that is the level of detail worth looking for before you paste a URL.

Putting it together

For a channel you intend to keep, the sensible combination is a 30-day or longer refill, an instant or same-day start, a speed matched to your current size, and the correct link format confirmed before checkout. Price is the last thing to optimise, not the first.

6. FAQ

What is a refill window?
The period during which the provider replaces followers, members or views that disappear. It appears in the specification block as 30 Days Refill, 90 Days Refill or No Refill. It is the only field on a listing that obliges anyone to do anything after delivery.

Is "non-drop" the same as a refill guarantee?
No, and the gap is much wider than buyers assume. Across the 4,704 active services in our catalogue, 504 claim non-drop in the title and exactly one carries a refill guarantee. Non-drop describes how a service is built; a refill describes what happens when the build disappoints.

Does a faster speed mean better quality?
No. Speed is a daily ceiling, not a quality signal. Dropping 50,000 members per day onto a 2,000-member base looks unnatural to both the platform and your existing audience. Match speed to your current size.

Why did my order stay pending?
In most cases the link format does not match what the service accepts, or the account was not public for the duration of delivery. Neither damages your account — the order simply waits until support intervenes.

Which field should I prioritise if I can only check one?
The refill line. Price differences between two listings are usually smaller than the cost of rebuying a delivery that decayed.

Browse the full growth catalog — every package lists refill, start time, speed and link format on its own page, so you can compare on the fields that matter instead of on price alone.
